Dr. Noone has devoted his entire career to providing high level plastic surgery care in an established, stable practice on the Philadelphia Main Line.
We welcome you to schedule a plastic surgery consultation by calling 610-527-4833. Dr. Noone desires to make your experience as pleasant and efficient as possible, whether you have been a patient in the past or are consulting with us for the first time.
This page is intended to provide information for you about our office procedures and about our availability to provide services for you. Prior to your visit we ask that you read this review of the consultation process.
Dr. Noone's office hours are Monday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM; Wednesday from 1:00 PM to
4:00 PM and Friday from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM.
After you have completed all necessary paperwork at the reception desk, you will be shown a video which generally covers your area(s) of concern. Dr. Noone will then evaluate you, review the procedure(s) available to you, and if indicated develop a plan for surgery. If your appointment is for surgery concerning the face we request that you do not wear any makeup to the office, or plan to allow enough time to remove it when you arrive, prior to your appointment time.
We also ask that you refrain from bringing cell phones or small children with you into the examining room as these may interfere with providing you a thorough and complete evaluation. The final part of your appointment will include photography and meeting with a patient coordinator to discuss scheduling and financial arrangements. We strive to make every consultation as personalized and informative as possible. Please be informed, however, that this initial visit may take up to two hours.
It is often helpful to bring a list of any questions you may have. After your appointment, if you should have any additional questions or concerns, you are welcome to return without charge for a rediscussion appointment to review your initial consultation. Feel free to contact our office staff with any questions after your evaluation. |

Office Availability |
Office Visits:
We make every effort to keep down the cost of your medical care; therefore, we expect payment at the time of your office visit. A statement for use in filing a claim with your insurance carrier will be completed for you.
Aesthetic Surgery:
Surgery of a cosmetic (aesthetic) nature is not covered by Medicare or private insurance carriers. It is customary that fees for cosmetic surgery must be paid two weeks before the scheduled procedure. Your office consultation fee will be deducted from your surgical fee.
Office Surgery:
An insurance claim will be filled out for you for office surgery and mailed to your carrier. A bill for the surgical fee balance will be sent to you from the office, after we receive payment from your insurance company. If you have Traditional Blue Shield, you will receive billing instructions in the mail when we submit your claim to that carrier.
Insurance:
We do not participate with Traditional Blue Shield or Private Insurance Carriers. However, we will process all surgery claims for you. Payment for major surgery will follow the same procedure as outlined above under "office surgery". Dr. Noone considers his surgical fees to be fair and reasonable, and consistent with his training, experience and certification. The fees are not set by the insurance companies which have privately developed "usual and customary" fee schedules.
- Medicare
We are participants in the Medicare program and we will accept Medicare payment,
plus co-insurance, as payment in full. You are responsible for your deductible every year.

- Blue Choice
- Keystone East/NJ; First; Keystone 65
